Long Distance Caregivers Wanted for Study

Posted: May 31, 2017

Reserachers at Fordham Univeristy are conducting an NIA funded study examining the experiences of long distance caregivers to older adults. The goal of the study is to better understand the involvement and the challenges involved in providing long-distance caregiving, resources that are used to tackle these challenges, and any new services that might be helpful.

Eligible caregivers will participate in a 60 minute telephone interview and receive a $20 Amazon gift card in appreciation.

The older adult may be living at home, assisted living, or long-term care; in the US or abroad.  The caregiver must live at least 2 hours travel distance away and must be the primary caregiver or share caregiving responsibilities equally with another friend or family member.

Please free feel to share this notice with others who might be eligible.  Thank you so much for your interest.
