Resident Application Process for Shillman House

The application process for all units in Shillman House will begin shortly before the building is ready for occupancy.

JCHE currently maintains a notification list for those who may want to move to Shillman House or who have a family member who is interested. JCHE will contact those on the notification list, as well as the community at large, at the start of the application period. Sixty of the Shillman House apartments will be available at market rent. JCHE is now accepting a refundable deposit of $250 to hold a place on the Priority Reservation List for these units.
