We invite you to discover JCHE's Morton and Etta Shillman House on the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus in Framingham! This beautiful, MetroWest senior independent living community is located at 49 Edmands Road in the desirable Nobscot Village area of Framingham.
Shillman House is a vibrant and supportive community in MetroWest that is welcoming to older adults of all backgrounds. Residents will enjoy fully equipped apartments with beautiful kitchens, as well as attractive and inviting common space, courtyards and grounds. Shillman House will offer wonderful facilities, along with social, cultural and recreational offerings, to enjoy life-long activities and cultivate new interests. At Shillman House, residents can strike a balance, enjoying the friendship of neighbors in the community areas and savoring time alone in the peacefulness of their apartments.
Shillman House will have 150 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Ninety (90) of the units are reserved for households with maximum incomes of up to $38,580 for one individual and $44,100 for two. Sixty (60) of the apartments will be available at market rents. At least one resident in each household must be age 62 or older.
All residents will have access to a broad range of programs and services that facilitate healthy aging. Dining services will also be available. Find out about the programs and services at Shillman House.
Shillman House is named in honor of the parents of Dr. Bob Shillman, CEO and President of Cognex Corporation in Natick, MA, who, along with his wife Mao, made a generous contribution to JCHE so that seniors in the area could enjoy quality housing.
The Weinberg Campus is named in recognition of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation and the significant financial support it is providing for this development.
