When exploring JCHE, please note that you can apply for multiple buildings. Please note that we have two separate rental applications for income-restricted apartments: 1) Shillman House for income-restricted apartments; 2) Ulin House, Leventhal House, Golda Meir House and Coleman House.  After you determine which building(s) you are interested in, please complete and submit the application(s) for all buildings to which you would like to apply.

Please note that due to the length of the Genesis House waiting list, JCHE is not accepting applications for that building at this time.

Applying to Ulin House, Leventhal House, and Coleman House

Download this rental application if you are interested in applying to JCHE's Ulin House, Leventhal House, and/or Coleman House.  JCHE is not accepting applications at this time for Genesis House, which is on the Brighton Campus, due to the length of the waiting list for this building.
