Ulin House, Leventhal House, Genesis House, Golda Meir House and Coleman House

For an application to Ulin House, Leventhal House, Genesis House, Golda Meir House, and/or Coleman House, you can download the JCHE Rental Application below or contact Michael Sheynberg at 617-912-8421 or by email. The application form includes eligibility standards for the buildings.

Please note: Applications for two-bedroom apartments at Genesis House will be accepted only during the period of March 15, 2008 - April 30, 2008. Applicants for these units must have two to four persons in their household, and at least one person must be 62 years of age or older, or disabled. Applications for one-bedroom apartments at Genesis House are not being accepted at this time due to the length of the waiting list.

Shillman House

The application process for Shillman House will begin shortly before the building is ready for occupancy. At the current time, JCHE invites prospective tenants or their family members to place their names on the notification list by going to Shillman House Application Process.
